Not too interesting but it was brutal.
Ran/hiked the 18 mile loop of Mt Charleston (4,300 ft elevation change with 1,000+ more of losing and regaining). Up the South trail, across the summit, down the North trail and back to the car. Twisted ankle with 5 miles to go caused slowing to miss the 5 hour mark. Time: 5:01.06.
Top of Mt Charleston. I shouldn't have stopped so long or I could have broken 5 hours.
Then to the gym. Rules this year because of the location and limited ropes: only 5.10 and above - up to 5 laps on 10's and any number on 11's.
Results: 22 5.11's, 40 5.10's - 4hrs 10 minutes.
